25% Malto
25% BCAA's

is it good to mix WMS and malto , I read that WMS must be 75% of mix and that will give maximum effect to WMS , I'm using mixer when I take WMS , then its easy to mix WMS

I don't think it matters. I just notice that trueproteins waximaize leaves a head on the top of the shaker. Most of it goes away when mixed with malto. I highly doubt it hurts anything if it's mixed with malto or anything.

A wicked product is called Mutant Mass by PVL. It is a typical high carb weight gainer 170g (50g Protein) but what is different is the carbs are made from Waxy Maize and Barley Starch.

I have been taking this for a while and I have definitely noticed a difference in packing on mass. I also just spoke with a guy who took Mutant Mass gained 5lbs or do, then tried GNC"s Gainer and lost 6lb.

The molecular weight of the Waxy Maize and Barley Starch is much higher than that of dextrose or maltodextrin. Having a higher molecular weight is supposed much better at replenishing glycogen.

In terms of mixability of the Mutant Mass it is average, but that only because of the high quality carbs it has in it. What is kinda funny is you fill up your shaker cup with water and each scoop of the powder you put in your shaker just drops to the bottle like a rock it is so heavy.

 the WMS from TrueProtein is cheap but the shipping cost is horrendous. for me it costs around 25 bucks for ground shipping. is the carbslam just pure WMS?? if so i can get it from bodybuilding.com for a cheaper costs. i was going to mix that with a good bcaa product.

IDS Waximaize is good, no head or foam, shakes easy with whey post workout. Is kind of a mess like flour when you scoop it out though.

If you dont mind paying, get pure Vitargo, same structure and not as messy but costly....
