obviously conventional methods or working out and eating do not work . ...we all know that when we started weightlifting is when we gained the most if not all muscle, now like me and the rest of you have tried bulking and cutting over and over its a stupid cycle. we end up training ourselves into extreme hunger....
all one needs to do is build up the natural' muscle we can naturally attain, once this is done we can sit back and relax and only need to do maintenance training maybe just once a week. and if you have an active job you dont need any weightlifting at all.
it aint about haveing 16 inch bicepts or even 18 have monster 12 inch biceps SHREDDED and 11 inch legs and you will have the perfect six pack while doing nothing the fat just melts away, and dont eat much.
