i guess it depends on your fat intake from other sources, your daily caloric total, and what your training goals are..
someone who is 175 lbs, trying to cut up, is eating some salmon in his diet and maybe some peanut butter as well(lets say hes a hard gainer and has peanut buttter before bed in order to prevent muscle loss), and his daily caloric total is only 2200 calories.....he would probably only need like 6 grams a day. maybe less. i am not sure... but a guy who weighs 250, is trying to bulk, doesnt get much fat in his diet, and is eating 3800 calories a day..he might need up to 45 grams a day of supplementation.
it all "depends".
but i would like to know how much a guy like myself...about 195 lbs, 12-13% bf, 5'11''...trying to cut up, and using a zero carb ketosis diet, how much fat should i supplement with in order to keep my body from trying to use protein for energy? (if i get zero fat from food sources)
