Brutal and partly true though he did post his lifts on youtube that were quite impressive but i guess moving heavy ass weight does not make you necessary big.

Those lifts are faked. He was already exposed. The poundage was way off. He was really only pressing 285 lbs.

Yep, that'll solve the dilemma of you being on cycles that rival some professionals and looking average. You may be strong (per you posted lifts) but you must not eat much to not grow from the cycle. But hey you are bigger ~~smaller~~ than a natural.
