My vote is Gaspari. The man didn't have the genetics to win the local Mr. Goodrum contest, yet he used extreme conditioning to almost beat out Haney for the crown.

Jay Cutler - only because his arms are smooth. Zero separation between the bis, brachialis, and tris in front poses or rear double bi pose. Smooth as a baby's be-hind. Mr.O should be the undisputed king, no doubts. Jay's wins are both questionable. Even if Victor or Dex won, those could be questioned. I'm waiting for the next undisputed king, the next 10 x Mr.O.

Dorian could get away with sub-par arms - he competely dominated every other competitor in every other bodypart anyway that arms didn't matter. Not many bodybuilders can say they've won the O with no arms.

Beast i agree with your list with one exception......Frank Zane. While in a front or back double bicep his arms appear small but standing relaxed or doing the side tricep they look enormous. Anybody have the shot of Zane next to Mentzer standing relaxed where Zanes arms look twice the size of Mentzers even though that isn't the case.

You post a picture of Yates as some soft of ' proof ' his arms looked like that his whole career that obviously NOT the case see above pics and Ronnie has had moments where his arms weren't up to par as well kid but that doesn't mean they always looked like that

That's only 20 Olympias on that accurate list. Can you say politics?

Platz's arms were good for his upper body actually, it was the whole upper body out of balance not the arms.
