Lemme tell you all something.  I LOVE this site, and everyone here I feel a real strong sort of kinship with.  Even the guys I've clashed with over the years.  It's all good.  Any time I'm on a computer, I'm checking Getbig.  I scan the news headlines on my Google start page, check my e-mail if they say there's any in my inbox, then it's off to Getbig.  Sometimes I go there before I even look at anything else.  I'm just being honest.  I am hooked on this site and have been I guess for a few years now.  I just got an iPhone, too...so it's really getting pathetic.  You know the damn thing can surf the web damn near like a laptop, will connect to fast Wifi anytime there's one near, and even the AT&T Edge network internet is pretty darned fast while you're away.  So that's just made the whole thing go overboard.  I now check Getbig in line at Carl's Jr's...I now check Getbig while in traffic on the 405.  I swear to God, it's getting scary.  In a doctor's office waiting room?  Are you kidding me?  I'm POSTING on Getbig.  I keep tabs on so many people that post here.  I watch, I observe, I learn.  Just soaking it all in...  In addition I've got friends I text and instant message like all day long that read the board as well and make comments to them about what's going on in threads.  I get "oh shit check out the xxxxx thread, xxxxx just got dropped..." texts all the time.  I check Mayhem out at least a couple of times a day as well.  Looking back, message boards have been "in the background" of everything I've done for like the past 8 years.  I wonder how many people are like me...not just in bodybuilding but in any hobby...how many people spend more time "socializing" and just connecting with their world in general through message boards?  There are a few of you here with enough appreciation of the "Getbig culture" that you could probably write a history book about the place.  I mean, this place is no fucking joke.            

   I got so used to this place and how we are...I was on a board about drag racing and got warned 3 times the first couple of days for being a troll/smart ass...I was like " wtf?? that was funny!!"...but they didn't think so. This place is one of a kind I'll say that.

I have an iphone but I'm going back to my mogul.  I don't like mixing my mp3 with my phone.  One is work.  the other is play.  besides, the mogul is way faster with browsing & e-mail.  which brings me to my point.  I too find myself doing quick GetBig scans anytime I go on line.  with remote connectivity in the palm of your hand, it's too easy!  It's always the same way: show replies to new posts, show unread posts since last visit & if there is nothing intersting maybe post something that I know will fire someone up.
