Start breaking it down like this:
A-list equals people that come to mind immediately. Should be the smallest group.
(Squadfather, 240, Ron, True Adonis, etc.)
B-list equals former A-listers that stopped posting frequently, people known only for legendary meltdowns, novelty posters, famous gimmicks, second most memorable.
(ex. Mars, Vince, Mower, Division et al)
C-list equals up and coming, consistently good but not great, people known more in one section (ie sex, mma, etc), people not as known as B - list. People also known as "regulars" or people known for being around a long time.
(Ex. The Coach, Chaos, Haider, Pumpster, Drkaje, Seveste et al.)
D-list equals people with less than 4 stars tacked on the list, iffy adds, etc. People nobody notices that have been added.
(Ex. mrt, BigWhiggs, Bear, et al.)
*Gimmicks created for the sole purpose of bashing a specific user shouldn't make the list. Even if they created by A-listers.
Also think of it as a pay-per-view. A-list could be the main event, B-list is the second to last event, C-list is the undercard.
D list are the dark, or non-televised matches.
Once you have the 200 or so people put in these categories, it's a simple task of reducing the C/D list until you arrive at your 100.
I don't have the energy to do it right now.
