I don't know if you would call him a guru, but I've read all of his books and his wisdom has so inspired me that I live by his basic teachings wheather it be by medical, health and nutrition related issues, yoga, meditation, laws of karma, sprituality, how to treat your fellow human beings, laws of success, you name it. There is nothing I don't believe Sri Chimony has not covered in his books with solid wisdom that I haven't found useful in my daily life.

You might try to imagine surrounding yourself in white light sphere this may help reduce some of those feelings, I find it helps me.
