I'd use waxy maize starch it's a log cheaper.  Carb Slam from primaforce.

With the Nutrex brand I was using 1 scoop (as that sh&t is expensive) but also,throwing in a scoop of Whey Protein, make some good gains but think it was due to the creatine..

I go with 2 scoops.

I would try either a Waxy Maize Starch or a Barley Starch or better yet a combination of the two. They have a higher molecular weight than Vitargo which is supposedly better for glycogen replenishment.

A good one that I saw is by PVL called Vextrago or IDS has one called Waximaize. I am not sure if you can find the PVL one is the US but I know we have it here in Canada.

One last question: How's moneytech's cell tech hardcore? It seems like im getting 2 for free so i wonder if its at least equal in quality as vitargo

i do like some of the muscletech products but they are all overpriced.

felt very bloated everytime ive tried the hardcore. your much better off just pickin up a good creatine like prolab and using waixy maize or malto/dex mix instead of the straight high amount of dex in the cell tech.

Oh but im getting it for free. I know i shouldnt be asking and just accept it but and since everybody say its an overpriced product, then i might try selling it and buy something else.

if you know someone who wants it i would go ahead and sell it. get the vitargo or buy your own creatine and wm.

I forgot to mention i live in an oven called CHILE, where vitargo cost like us$80 (small one) and wm is unknown. Not too many chances sir

about 60 grams of vitargo is good post workout with about 30-40 grams of whey isolate
