He actually had a descent physique. He told a story once of how Flex Wheeler came to Dorian place, and Dorian had some huge dogs and Flex was scared. He also said the Flex one time said he wouldn't do 400 pound barbell rows, he asked why, Flex replied, "Because they hurt."

Needless to say, look where Flex was, and look where Jamo is and never was. He was always in the shadow of his buddy Dorian.

Haha - I remember that story! I'd forgotten all about Jamo Nezzar until it was just mentioned here. Dorian's two dogs were called Conan and Samson if I remember correctly.

dont get me wrong the guy looks amazing but seriously wtf is he planning now that he is pro? enter a pro show? no way in hell is he going to place. not for years to come. forget about placing in the top 3 for a looong time. basically becoming pro for this kid doesnt mean anything except he cant get some money for a year and thats it.

Lee mate, someone said that flex won't be succesful, he will only be a replacement Lee Priest (their words), to which i told them that if flex were to become a "replacement" Lee Priest, then he would be very succesful. Flex Lewis - a friend and one of the great men in this sport. Learn his life story and you'll walk away with more respect than seems humanly possible.

Next time I see him, I'll ask for permission to relate it to you all. It has enough passion and heroics to make a first rate Hollywood movie.
