Yeah, the fact that Flex was breaking down his own personal experience, at the Mr. O, and gave tidbits too certain claims that people like to post over and over again on here, doesn't make sense.
Flex had stated that he was having fun and wasn't taking the O seriously, when his video "Hardbody" was filmed, which means he wasn't lifting heavy weights and wasn't taking the workouts seriously. This led to the belief that Flex was lazy. But it was stated before that in other workouts, Flex had to be told by Charles Glass not to go too heavy.
