I certainly don't think I'd have to lose 68 pounds.  This was me 2 years ago at a little over 230.

Look Great there..It's hard to judge sometimes by these offseason pics.. ;D

Remember Arvilla was like 340lbs before he dieted down..

Not sure yet.  Probably sometime this upcoming summer.  We'll see how the next 6 months of training goes.

Thats just a window.  All the exterior walls in the building are 2 foot thick brick, the buildings have a lot of character.
Sounds unique awesome

Big dude, all the way big dude.

As far as the diet....you said protein and fats with some carbs.  Is there a certain amount you shoot for each day?

Im getting about 400 grams of protein in each day, 60 grams of fat and about 250 grams of carbs.  Thats a rough guess.

Great physique Wisconsin - no obvious weaknesses. Certainly one of the better physiques on Getbig.

Nope, not really.  Like I said earlier, I was over 300 pounds at the beginning of the summer and have been talking with a new nutritionist.  He strongly recommended that I come down in weight and try to stay within about 30 pounds or so of my contest weight, so I cut back on my calories considerably.  I havent decided when I will compete, but I can say I feel much better at 280 than when I was over 300.

Also, a HUGE factor in my training is my sleep. I know that sounds obvious, but I have had sleep apnea for a few years and finally got a CPAP machine 6 weeks ago that makes me sleep like a baby.  The results from my sleep study showed that I was getting ZERO recovery sleep, so i wasnt growing the way I should have been.  If anyone on here has sleep apnea and isnt using a CPAP machine, I strongly recommend you get one, it has made a world of difference not only in my training but in everyday life.

Size is a factor yes.  Basically, If you're snoring really loud, and stop breathing while you sleep, there's a strong chance you have it.  I dated a nurse 4 years ago who told me I had it, and I always blew it off because i dreaded the thought of having to sleep with the mask on.  When I was sleeping, I would stop breathing, then take a really big deep breath when I started breathing again.  When I started my new job after I graduated in may, I found out my boss had sleep apnea too, and he talked to me alot about how much better he feels since he got his CPAP machine.  The sleep study test that determines whether you have it is expensive, but my insurance covered everything.  I know that alot of people don't get a machine because of cost.  You have to have the sleep study done in order to get a machine.  The study was around $1500 and the machine another $800.  In the 6 weeks I've had my machine, i've slept without it 2 times and both times i felt like absolute shit the next day.  Its hard for me to believe thats how I was living every day prior to getting my machine.

I work with someone who has that machine.  So funny, when we travel he brings it through the airport and always poses a problem with them not knowing what the hell it is.
