Tons of sodium,tons of preservatives......incom plete protein sources and bad fats.
Sodium: I agree on the sodium being high, like I said in my prior post "if you care," if you're not cutting for a competition or have high blood pressure, big deal
Protein: The turkey is a complete protein. Beans become a complete protein source if you're also consuming grains in your diet, which I do. Also oatmeal is listed as an ingredient.
Preservatives: none are listed in the ingredients except for "spices"
Bad fats: Only 2g of saturated fat per can, not a diet buster in any respect. My overall fat intake is in the 20-25% range of daily calories, with a high percentage coming from healthy fats.
