He looks phenomenal for a 60 year old. If he's using HGH then good for him. Thats what its designed to do. He looks better then other 60 year olds.

I'm suprised his face has changed so much.  Probably plastic surgery on top of gh use, botox, and some other shit I'm unaware of.
His forearms are a good indication that even at 60, if you're on gear/gh, to attain some muscle is pretty damn easy. ;)

His face always looked like meat when there wasn't a lot of makeup.  The pictures of his face from first blood to now aren't incredibly different.  Assassins used a ton of makeup. 

Besides, the scene from First Blood where he dispatches all of the local sherrif's department and their dogs in the woods is awesome....

His face was thin throughout his career cause he had really low bf %...after he put on weight for Copland his face was never the same, plus he is alot heavier now then he was a few years ago.
