Shot gun did shit for me just left a bad taste in my mouth.

Vapor worked like a bomb just found it made me sickish during heavy training. Awesome pump and unreal strength.

I like the metrx amped aswell.

Blue Raspberry NANO Vapor is the shit! Tastes like blue cotton candy, and it gets you amped like no other pre workout supplement. I'd say this and Grape Fast Twitch by cytosport are the best.
