Zone Capones a good guy, hes swedish and about the most hardcore BB'er i ever seen. Lives and breaths the sport and honestly loves it. Never really talks shit about anyone either. Hes on mayham

I dont like him because he is TOO self centered in an unknowing way,
but I think he is a good guy.

hate how he brags about his 7 muscle tears and then has a quote that says "If I wasn´t built for this I would have been dead by now."

Guess that my 20 years beating up the weights at the
gym have created a monster more than one way...
my tolerans of pain is redicolusly high!
I never train sloppy or anything but
I`m the kind of animal that actually getting stronger
on each set when I train & I can actually use more
weights at the end of the workout than in the beginning!
And even though that is all good when tryin`to build
muscles its also very, very dangerous...

Psychotic.  After that many injuries, maybe he should start using good form.  Also, what is with him posing in the pictures with a gun?  I can see hunters or maybe the military posing in pictures with their weapons.  But it doesn't look like he's hunting anything, and unless the "Zone" is an elite military squad, he's just another Virginia Tech "Look how cool and tough I am with my weapons" gomer.
