high voulume , 15-20 sec breaks , 15-25 min per bodypart , preexhaustion , peak contraction , breathing properly ( tight midsection at all times aka ab control ) , FUCKING BRUTAL . He managed to absolutely demolish me . As a former professional athlete , I was no stranger to hard work . But he was so intense , I had to focus starting the night prior , pump myself up with music , and focusing and visualising the oncoming slaughter for 1 hour before the workout. Was a lesson for a lifetime .
