I am not on a diet,i really dont care about my nutrition these days,i feel a bit bored and stressed with some other problems i have.So i just train and eat whatever,but i'd like to hear your comments.So these days my diet id like this: turkey sandwich with 500ml fat free milk
pasta with tuna and some cheese
2 protein bars or protein shake(after training 50gr protein)
2 chicken souvlakia(grilled)
2 chicken souvlakia
500ml-1litre fat free milk or 2 fat free joghurts with honey.
iam 5'9" 211 pounds.
