There's been alot of talk lately about how much better the 90's were for bodybuilding.The 1996 AC was a stacked show with 4 previous winners of the title going for it again.I got the DVD off of ebay and it was a good reminder at just how competitive that timewas. I think people forget how great Vince Taylor was at one year shy of 40.Anyway, I took alot of screenshots from the DVD and thought it could add to the disscusionsof how BB has changed in the last 10 years. is this a fact? i think the guys back then were training all day long , thats what got me into bodybuilding was hearing how many hours people trained. of course they juiced but alot of bbers are short some may have been natty at this time?
