1. Limited on human nutrition? No!

2. Limited on exercise physiology..again, No, I make my living by training alot of ATHLETES and I also know that you don't need 20 (again, probably exaggerating) different exercises to train a single bodypart unless you're trying to develop muscular endurance and even then, that would be too much!

3. About Wolf, JJ and Hide.....How can I make a public statement about their insulin use? You make it very clear about how you LOVE insulin and advocate it and it's no industry secret that you include it your programs.

4. I know insulin works, thats not my debate, my complaint (and I told you on the phone) is that what it has done to the industry and bodybuilding in general. It's brought down the quality of physiques, it's a matter of opinion, but that's the general consensus coming from fans of BBing.

5. I didn't make the "thick skin" comment, I don't know who did.

6. I told you awhile ago I cannot train during the week, I have anywhere from 12-16 clients per day, that's why I try to get in on the weekends after 1:00. Remember, we tried that a couple of weeks ago and you said you wanted to get a chance to enjoy your new home, I understood that.

7. Yes, I've been on low carbs with carb days, I'm old school and prefer it that way. I'm ahead of schedule, happy with the way I look and lost NO muscle in the process.

1- Very limited...and I am willing to prove that. Any time you want to come - and we can tape our conversation?

2- Beyond limited - and I am willing to prove that. Any time you want to come - and we can tape our conversation?

3- I TRAIN dozens of athletes...Numerous DRUG FREE athletes as well...Many DO NOT USE insulin and only people like you will ASSUME something...as you are VERY LIMITED - as I already said previously...

4- IF YOU KNOW ANYTHING about physiology than you will maybe start thinking before making certain claims...and THAT IS WHAT I want to question you about - tape it...and put it on the youtube...for others to see...

5 - I made that comment - as I have "thick skin"...and very few things bother me...BECAUSE I KNOW WHO I AM.... ;)

6- You have 12-16 clients per day? Care to show us your schedule? It is not maybe 2-6...
Where do you train...so maybe I could stop buy and see you train 16 clients a day... ;D

7 - Again IF you know what you are doing you would NOT care to show results and exact diet...
Being OLD SCHOOL doesn't mean being smart...Old school - old news...progress, improvements, advancements are present in all aspects of life...
IF you KNOW what you are doing you will realize that you could diet for the show with NO EFFORT AT ALL... Eating what you eat every day - anyway...
I doubled the calories of my two NATURAL Malaysian bodybuilding champions as I show them that OLD SCHOOL is for OLD PEOPLE and if they want to be better they should consider FEW THINGS (and those things are slapping you in the face if you just want to open your eyes...)

But that is exactly the problem...people calling PSEUDO SCIENCE and SELF-PROCLAIMED GURUS are exactly the ones GUILTY OF DOING IT = YOURSELF.

I am in the gym about 300 days a year...I am sure you can find the day to find me...

I am up for everything I offered.

No, not limited at all, as a matter of fact I just found out tonight through a friend that we have mutual acquatance that we both get alot of our info from and to be honest with you he really doesn't want to have anything to do with you, he said something about trust.

2- Beyond limited - and I am willing to prove that. Any time you want to come - and we can tape our conversation?

See above

3- I TRAIN dozens of athletes...Numerous DRUG FREE athletes as well...Many DO NOT USE insulin and only people like you will ASSUME something...as you are VERY LIMITED - as I already said previously...

When I said ATHLETES, I didn't mean bodybuilders (their not athletes), and no, I am VERY knowlegable about training athletes, I studied under the best in athletic performance

4- IF YOU KNOW ANYTHING about physiology than you will maybe start thinking before making certain claims...and THAT IS WHAT I want to question you about - tape it...and put it on the youtube...for others to see...

Claims? What claims have I made. I'm just curious on what your reasoning is behind 20 exersices FOR THE SAME BODYPART, it physiologically doesn't make sense

5 - I made that comment - as I have "thick skin"...and very few things bother me...BECAUSE I KNOW WHO I AM.... ;)

Yes, 12-16 per day not including boot camps. See my schedule? Yeah, I'll get right on that, wanna see my financials as well ::)

7 - Again IF you know what you are doing you would NOT care to show results and exact diet...
Being OLD SCHOOL doesn't mean being smart...Old school - old news...progress, improvements, advancements are present in all aspects of life...

Yes, old school..it still works and there has been no progress in the quality of PHYSIQUES, we discussed this, of course they're bigger, but far from better, take a look at some of the threads posted on how people wished physiques looked they did back in the day, the consensus is overwhelming.

What finding out about someone who really doesn't want to have anything to do with me...and/or supposedly doesn't trust me - has to do with my statement that you have beyond limited knowledge - which I am ready to expose...IF YOU EVER GIVE ME THAT CHANCE.

But, speaking of someone who is supposedly my acquaintance who just happen to be also someone you know...and who just happened to finally (after all these years  ;D) tell you something about me, something about trust ::) and just happen to mention how he probably "teched me everything I know" as certainly  ::) we BOTH ;D ;D ;D ;D got a lot of our info from...P - LEASE!

Let me see...he (or she?) doesn't want me to know who that is...as maybe he/she just happen to forget that everything he/she knows came from me...but he/she prefers to claim otherwise...?

We both got a lot of info...REALLY?
Can you mention A SINGLE PIECE OF INFORMATION I supposedly learned from that mysterious person who thinks so little of me?

What's more - why don't you bring him (or her) to our meeting to clarify who came first chicken or an egg...?

#2)
 See above

#3)
If you are so confident about your knowledge - why wouldn't you come for "little test"?
It is one thing talking to people who don't know much about subject and completely other when you speak with someone who does...
And I promise NOT to go to far...simply I'll start with basics - and we'll see how far you'll go... ;)

#4)
What claims have you made?
Read your Gazillion posts and you'll get the idea...
As far as reasoning for doing just 20 exercises for the same body part - on particular day...I would guess I was possibly somewhat tired so I didn't attempt to do more...
I did as much as 40 exercises for the same body part in some workouts and I hope I'll do over 50 in weeks to come (as I am planning my comeback)...
Only limited minds have limited visions...and see (possibly?) that 20 exercises for the same body part is a "nonsense"...
They must believe that 1 is sufficient...or possibly 2...maybe 3...or 4?
Five would be too much...or maybe not? Well...in any way 20 is just ludicrous...
Hmmmmmmm, did you ever wonder WHY you are not in shape...or why your clients never achieved their true potential?
Make them do 20 exercise per body part...and see what happens...(Providing - they are IN SHAPE to do it...Capable of finishing this kind of workout...being able to recover and continue training with that kind of intensity...understandin g every aspect of training/nutrition/supplementation....that would make them SUPERIOR ATHLETES in whichever sport they participate in... ;)

#6)
No, I am not interested in your financials at all...However I call you on 12-16 clients a day - which is just another exaggeration you are making to present yourself as someone you are NOT...Care to take me up on that challenge at least?
I'll come tomorrow wherever you are training your clients with camera - to take the pics of your schedule book...
Off course I hope you didn't just change the book yesterday so you would not be able to show me your busy schedule every day training 12 to 16 clients...

Need my phone number?
Just let me know... ;)

Milos i wouldnt call total bullshit. I was a personal trainer for over a year, and during that time i would train anywhere from 50-70 sessions a week based on how many cancelations i had during any given time.

So that would average out to 7-10 session a day.....So 12 isnt too far out of reach. I worked from 5am to 8pm......so with some hard work 12 sessions can be done.

And i did all this without insulin........GO ME!  ;D :D

Well, I call it...as I have been personal trainer for years and saw many other trainers...plus I own the gym for 8 years and see numerous trainers daily to know that 12 is already amazing number and 16 - once in the lifetime possibility...but SURE SOUNDS GOOD...especially when you want to impress.

How about being FOR REAL once in a while?

Then you might find this even more amazing, I posted this sometime ago on the business board, this isn't hobby for me Milos, it's my business and I have a passion for it just like you do for bodybuilding.

I planned my business one step at a time, but in short I offer a varity of services besides just one on one personal training, we have women and mens boot camps, "Kids Fit" camps, strength camps, online training, individual nutrition plans, I also have a chiro, message therapist and pilates and we make money from all aspects. All camps are full, I have two personal trainers plus myself just for the one on one and all of our schedules are full (8+ clients per day each 5 days) and 8 clients total for 2 trainers on Saturdays.

I make sure that I attend at least 4-6 seminars per year around the country, attend fitness conventions and generally just keep abreast on the latest in the fitness industry and subscribe to the best fitness sites and industry journal subscriptions anywhere. If you noticed, nothing I do with my business is "bodybuilding" related, that doesn't intrest me as far as being business related, I see it as a detrament.

I have a passion for the work I do (the most important thing) and love what I do. I'm always learning something everyday
[/b]
Another post from me the same day on the same board..........

Health risks?? drkaje....I make my money in the fitness industry, not bodybuilding. Bottomline is ANYONE can make money if only they would look at it as a business rather than just some extra income. With the plan I described in my above post, our business did about $385k last year, it took time and ALOT of persistence and most of all Patience. Within 2 years we have projected gross of $500k.

It's great to have a degree, I support it 100%, but if you work for someone your income is at a ceiling with little security....no matter how long you've been there or how great they think you are.........you're still expendable, one ownership or management change and you could be gone. Again, I love my business and I love helping people and I'm very good at it.

Did it ever cross your mind that maybe he could shut me up for good by proving me wrong?
That maybe IF INDEED HE IS as busy as he claims to be he could openly invite me and bring his scheduling book for last few months?

And finally did it cross your mind that he was stating how many clients he has to simply justify WHY he can't come to see me - as he is so busy...so certainly having 4 clients together would clear his schedule in NO TIME - thus he would have that chance to come see me...IF HE REALLY WANTED THAT TO HAPPEN ON THE FIRST PLACE.

Well, my attention seeking friend from Romania...I indeed use my mind little bit more often than my muscles...thus I got the nickname in the industry...
You on another hand have nothing else to say except how great you really are...as your numerous competitive victories clearly show.

Oh well...

Have a nice day. ;)
