I make sure that I attend at least 4-6 seminars per year around the country, attend fitness conventions and generally just keep abreast on the latest in the fitness industry and subscribe to the best fitness sites and industry journal subscriptions anywhere. If you noticed, nothing I do with my business is "bodybuilding" related, that doesn't intrest me as far as being business related, I see it as a detrament.

Let's start from this statement:

Can you name 15 seminars you attended in last 3 years?

Did it ever cross your mind that maybe he could shut me up for good by proving me wrong?
That maybe IF INDEED HE IS as busy as he claims to be he could openly invite me and bring his scheduling book for last few months?

And finally did it cross your mind that he was stating how many clients he has to simply justify WHY he can't come to see me - as he is so busy...so certainly having 4 clients together would clear his schedule in NO TIME - thus he would have that chance to come see me...IF HE REALLY WANTED THAT TO HAPPEN ON THE FIRST PLACE.

Well, my attention seeking friend from Romania...I indeed use my mind little bit more often than my muscles...thus I got the nickname in the industry...
You on another hand have nothing else to say except how great you really are...as your numerous competitive victories clearly show.

Oh well...

Have a nice day. ;)

Dude, did it ever cross your mind HOW MANY TIMES I TOLD I CANNOT COME DURING THE WEEK AND I KEPT SETTING THE TIMES UP FOR AFTER 1:00pm ON SATURDAYS? I also said a about a week that I wasn't doing anything right now because I have five weeks left and don't really have the mental power to think much less debate. I also said my show was Dec 1. I'm getting married Dec 8th and taking a couple of weeks off after that. Obviously you bypassed that!

Hmmmmmm, is it cannot come or don't want to come?

And you don't have the MENTAL POWER TO THINK?
Great expert in dieting you must be...Exhaust yourself to the point that you can't even think...much less debate...but you can TRAIN CLIENTS or CHARGE FOR YOUR ADVICE at the same time?

Not able to think...yet able to teach...WAY TO GO COACH.

I am tempted to sign up for your course.
How much?

On the serious note while you still have a time - maybe you should hire someone who knows what he is doing - so you could be in shape by December 1st...

I will even give you a discount...I swear.

I agree. I don't see what is the point of all this. The pussy should have called or visited Milos a long time ago to work something out, instead of continuing like this.

impossible coach. i ran a training company for a while and i was packed to the brim with 8 clients a day most days sometimes 10.... but 16? give me a break. maybe if you are training them back to back in 30 minute sessions because that would be 8 hrs but 16 hrs of training? hahaha get real that means you sleep for 4 hrs a day hahaha

You're an idiot, I have alot of doubles and some group up to 3. You're right, if I did 16 one on one, I'd never spend time with my family. This is the problem with people that think that personal training is just for side income........use your head son!

who said anything about side income? i did this job full time for 6 or 7 days a week. I was not only training people but SELLING and TEACHING SALES, and TEACHING TRAINING, and HANDLING ALL CUSTOMER SERVICE ISSUes, AND CLEARING BILLING INFORMATION along with scheduling EVERYTHING even for the other trainers.

now you are telling me your training clients are pretty much GROUP CLASSES hahaha!!!

I can just see it now, coach in the aerobics room  training 30 people with pink dumbbells labled as Body Sculpt Aerobics LMFAO! Or how about Function Training for Stay at Home Moms? LMFAO!

See, now your not thinking, I train UP TO 3 at once for that hour, it's $240.00. Do me a favor, don't go into business for yourself, you obviously don't have what it takes.

I said 15 in last 3 didn't I?

But let's focus on these three...

What EXACTLY did you learn from each one?
I mean - IF YOU INDEED attended those seminars...
You wouldn't happen to have saved purchased tickets or proof of attending - would you?

But...before I forget...what happened with OUR MUTUAL FRIEND who teched both of us...probably how to pee standing up....?

Your never too old (or smart) to know it all.................
In this industry your always learning (gaining more knowledge),Coach could learn from Milo's
Milo's could learn from Coach,if you think you know it all/have all the ansewers ..you don't
What's this thread all about?!?!?!? (id love to go to Milo's gym and have him torture me on legs/pick his brain).....id probally barf all over Gareeth but that's ok!

i don't get it?!?!??...................... Kolloseum is the "new Mecca" (all the pros that train there)
it would be really motivating!
am i missing something here?(Milo's wants to show Coach some of his techniques right?)
as a Personal Trainer myself id jump at the chance for new techniques/new ways to earn money
as a BB id love to pick Milo's (and coach's brain).....on pre-contest diet/nutrition
training techniques (giant sets ets)..............
your never too old to learn new tricks!

Hmmmmmmm, why don't you use your scheduling book son - so you can make a point...for a love of God?!

I don't see that invitation to look at your schedule...I mean busy schedule...I mean oh so busy - with 16 clients a day schedule....?

It is time to wake up Coach...and smell the coffee...(it would help your mental acuity - that is oh so low...for some reason?)

Milos, as someone in business, how stupid would one have to be to open their schedule, have someone take a picture of it and possibly plaster it all over? Sorry Milos, business is business.

I have someone...thanks! BTW, what makes you think I'm not in shape, awefully judgmental there Milos, you know as well as I it's better to be ahead than behind.

Oh you do?
Who? Your grandma?
After all I must take your OLD SCHOOL literally...

Well, tell your old lady there were sooooooooome little advancements in competition dieting since the WWII...

Awfully judgmental?

Don't think so...Just smart enough to read see-through guys like you...

Let me see...someone who is making a comeback at the age of 50 and has personal training business would for some reason HIDE his progress photos IF he is happy with his condition...Hmmmmmm?

Or - there is a SSSSSSSSSSSSSSSLIGHT possibility that you are so behind that you don't know IF you can actually make the show as cellulite would NOT bring you much points at this day and age...so you might think of certain EXCUSES why you would end up NOT competing after all...

But, oh well...at least you look decent for your wedding day (congratulations BTW...And - for some reason I didn't get my invitation yet? Did you ask your better half if indeed she has the right address? After all she is active on my board and contrary to you quite friendly....)

And as far as better this than that...HOW ABOUT BEING ALWAYS IN SHAPE...so NOT WORRYING about making the show...or being ahead or behind?

Oh...let me understand that?

You are afraid that SOMEONE (IRS?) will see that schedule and respond....but reading your claims here and seeing 12-16 clients + some $300K/year with projections to be +$500/K per year is ........SAFE?

In any event my dear Coach...I am only trying to send you ONE MESSAGE - be real....as some people are just NOT plain stupid...and some simply DO THINK!

I just happen to be one of those...and you are painfully PREDICTABLE!
