So this past week and a halft I have started to clean up my "diet" a bit and started with cardio..
Nothing serious yet though, Having to habbit of accidently sleeping to 2-3 in the day so that sucks..
But I have lost 6-7 pounds mostly water.. But some fat also =)
And yeah im not "flaring" my lats in the after pic so it looks kinda strange.
