That's what it does to me.. I think about pumping iron and storm off to the gym and do dips and pulls for 15 minutes until I realize that it's a rest day.  ???

I use it when I lift weights.  It makes me think of partying and of the good ole days.

Funk works for cardio.  It works for lifting too, but I like angry music when I lift for the most part.
