Hey guys!! yes ive certainly shrunk some!!!!! Down to 245lbs now, yes very small for me but i cannot tell how great i feel!!! After the Australian grand prix this year it was very clear i was burnt out!! i needed a break and now i have never felt better!! i just signed with INNER ARMOUR supplements and 2008 i will be back at my best!!! I will grow into my shows!!! rather than go from 290 down to 260 i will go from 240 to 265 in my next 16 week prep!!!
Right now im just concentrating on my PT business and prep athletes for my full time job now. I just had 7 guys in the Ifbb Australia Titles on the weekend and i was just flat out with them and enjoying watching them succeed. Im training only 3-4 days a week and just feeling awsome!!! the size will come back very easy!! but thats the least of my worries!  ;)

You feel great because of the weight loss Luke? i would imagine carrying a truckload of muscle isnt always easy too.

 luke your not looking "small"....i bet your getting alot of female attention at the weight  8)

see? training "only" 3-4 days a week and feeling awesome  ;)......3-4 days a week is enough  ....many guys over do the training!

Haha, awesome guess, nowhere near but intriguing none-the-less. How tall and heavy are you? I'm natural so not as bulky probably as you but at 6' 3" I think you would look short next to me. I don't take supplements because they are gay and a con.

The last two years have been an absolute nightmare for this Mass Monster.  His well documented battles with 'the flu' and 'bigorexia' have wreaked havoc on his phsique!

Not jealous of luke, happy for him, he is representing australia with class. He has a big fan base down here. I cant wait till he rests up and hits it hard, would love to see him make the olympia stage.
