MD board is operating quit strange, when I'm not logged in I can it's very fast but as soon as I
sign in it's timing out mostly all the time.

Shawn Ray's column for MuscleMag Magazine expires on October 31st.   Starting November 1st, Shawn signed a two year deal to write for Muscular Development Magazine. He will also do videos for them, etc.  

One of the provisions that MD put in his contract is that he can't post on Getbig anymore under his own name.

Shawn goes where the money takes him, thus if MD pays for him, and no one else does, Shawn is going to MD.  It's just the art of business. It isn't Shawn that is saying he can't post here, it is his contract.

As for mod, Shawn knows the deal there.  

Such is life. Shawn, Bob Chick, Adela Garcia and her man, and myself had lunch Saturday between the prejuding and finals of the NPC Border States.
