How I Started: i was interested in it since i was about 12, but i didn't start working out until i was 14. i hated basketball, so i talked my school into letting me lift weights instead
Why I Love It: i love the health benefits. sometimes, i can be pretty hard on my body with snowboarding/etc, so having more muscle helps with me getting thrown around. i started taking care of my body at a very young age and i'm sure my body will age a lot better than other people. i also like looking good for my gf.
How I Stay Motivated: it's ingrained in me. i really have no problem with motivation because it's just a part of who i am. that, and i'd feel lazy/unhealthy if were to stop working out.
BB Accomplishments: i went from 133 to 199 in under a year (aprox same body fat). some of that was muscle memory, but about half wasn't (i'm at 172 now). i think just sticking with this for 13 years is possibly the biggest accomplishment. that, and benching 260.
the above was from your other thread....i apologize you fuckin assclown your big accomplishment of pressing 260 which is also a joke and it took you years to reach that level which is pathetic it took me 7 months to press that much...so stop trolling these threads trying to talk tough and insult this dude who is working hard which is way mroe then i can say for you and your lifetime achievement of benching 260 you fruitcake...fuckin homo
