Back in the days i used to eat like you guys too, but now just protein shakes is enough for me.

the bodybuilding diet for me is really easy, because my favorite foods are steak, chicken, eggs, and nuts..i LOVE pistachios, raw almonds, cashews, and brazil nuts..
what sucks is that i love oatmeal too; but i cant eat it because of my metabolism..cant handle carbs.. when i am "bulking" i get one pack, maybe two, a day..but that is hardly any, and its at the expense of fatty nuts and whole egg...
