hahahha, no seriously, what do you guys eat for breakfast or before hitting the gym?
don't hit the gym in the morning.
but breakfast is
10 egg whites + 1 cup oatmeal + 1 fruit (banana)
i mix all together and throw in the microwave.
or u can make pancakes from it.
pretty good for "clean" food.
pre-training is usually shake (2 scoops in water) + 50g fast carbs and this is around 4pm
