legs still look pretty bigi started training legs twice a week since the beggining of october...shit is blowing the fuck uplow reps on monday, 30 minute workout...high 20+ reps on fridaytry it out if you need a change.
let your upper body grow as big before you give your legs some serious work!
i woudlnt really work out legs if it werent for the advantages in testosterone and metabolism that training them gives you. more muscle=more calories burned and higher test..
