Cro cop said in a interview his next fight will be in February 2008. Lesner debut in the UFC will be in February 2008.

Could this be the next huge UFC pay per view event?

As someone else mentioned I can't see them throwing Brock to someone like Crocop. What would happen if Brock walked in and had his head taken off by a left high kick? I see them pitting him against the likes of Frank Mir, or someone in that skill set. It should be a good card on superbowl week. I am sure with M-1 coming out and everything else Dana will put a real good show on.

he will fight a bum. i think it will someone easier than mir

I don't thinnk Mir would deal well against Brock. Plus I am sure in Dana's eyes if he beat an ex champ it already gives him credibility. Even though Mir has been reduced to a bum after his accident.

Not really a good fight for Mirko, Brock will stand than spear him to the ground and take him out like Brocks first opponent. I'd would rather see Nog vs Cro Cop. But its still a win lose sit for the UFC the hire fighters and they get there ass kicked in ther first fights. And I'm a big Mirko fan I'd like to see him get back into the fightin ways he had before.

I agree,it's kind of a no win situation for dana considering one of his cash cow's would lose

They have plenty of possible fighters to throw Lesnar in with, Justin Mccully,Jake O'Brien,Brad Imes,Hardonk,Wellisch, maybe Mir, I see them going that route for Brock's first fight.

It's Brad Imes, the UFC definatley is going to give him a couple "gimme" fights before throwing him to the dogs. I think his next opponent after Imes will probably be from that list I posted earlier as well.

They probably aren't worried about credibility at first, they want to protect him and test his skill. Smart move if they've given him a big contract.

Of course not with the fact that he hasn't used the cage. You just have to look at what is gonna sell tickets, Brock vs. a scrub or Brock vs. an ex title holder scrub... Wait what am I saying Kimbo vs. the 42 yr old ex-pro boxer sold tickets. Of course Brock Lesnar will seel tickets. Fuck what is going on.. I feel like were all becoming MMA whores.
