The boards went into 'meltdown mode' when it was revealed than Sean would be 'jumping ship' to MD.  

A void now exists at Getbig since Sean's very dramatic departure.  

Getbiggers are in a state of shock and withdrawel as  Sean played such a huge part in the lives of these people.

Sean may have moved on to bigger and better things but he will always have a 'soft spot' for the Getbig community!

Look, Sean is probably one of the most driven men in bodybuilding today.  He is a ruthless and cunning businessman, and yet he is sensitive and caring.

People are drawn to Sean.  He is charasmatic, witty and humorous. 

MD are licking their lips!  Steve B. knows that hiring Sean Rey translates to big advertising revenue for his magazine.

Sean never shied away from an 'on air' stoush.  He had a biting tongue and penned some scathing prose.

Sean never backed away from an internet battle.  His duels with Lee and Keith were legendary.

Sean was the 'life blood' of Getbig.

It is with a tear in my eye that i bid farewell to this 'warrior of the airwaves'.

Some of you actually think that Shawn Ray has represented some value to getbig.  For me, looking back I can't remember when Shawn was actually informative.

From day one Shawns only response to information asked for was "buy my book/video".  Its pretty bizarre to look back in his posting history as you will not find anything but him promoting the colorado pro and gloating over the Titus fall.

Sean was not perfect.  He took pleasure in 'character assassinations'.  His battles with Keith and Lee were nasty and vengeful.

Sean took great pleasure in mocking and abusing many here on Getbig.  However, Sean did have a caring and nurturing side.  He loved his bodybuilding and gave of himself tirelessly to further the cause of this much maligned industry.
