I just got some Berberis vulgaris liquid, apparently it is used to remove any kidney stones, mixed with warm water and sipped it supposed to get them moving, will give it a go on Friday, in case I get any stuck    Grin

3 eggs 2 toast tomato sauce grapefruit juice
2 tins tuna noodles
roast lamb , roast potatoes veg gravy and a yorkshire pudding
tin tuna and noodles.

steak crusty cob with the inner stoge of the bread removed (galeniko special)
steak mushrooms onions potatoes yorkshire pud and gravy
bowl of granola and dried fruit with milk

day off diet today
3 poached eggs two tiger bread rolls
Bowl granola and milk
bowl soup and a roll
gammon steak poached egg and chipped potatoes mushy peas
two small bags potato chips

I like reading the diet potion lot of normal food choices and enjoying bread/cereal and still getting in shape,,imagine you followed the magazines and you ate oatmeal/eggwhites/dry tuna /gallon water a day.dried chicken breast..

just had some cheese puffs (cheetos)
Swedish meatballs with sauce and a few chocolates.

If I ate chicken and rice I would likely not be able to eat enough to function, I hate it.

Got some more lamb in for next week, small lamb joints with garlic butter, lovely
