his back and hamstings where very weak if i remember correctly. also he didnt really bring the conditioning.

he is like the armin scholtz guy, looks absolutely unbeatable in gym pics but then you see him onstage and its a totally different story

He does need to bring legs and back up, but the main reason he looks bad in contest pics is his conditioning. He's yet to come in 100% and his looks to shave off all the fat but hold a ton of water. He looks great in gym pics though and has lots of time to improve.

Frank is my absolute favourite, SpecialEd talked to him, his arms are unbelievable and he seems to be a very nice person.

saw him in person, yeah he is quite down to earth. His arms freak you out when you see him in person...

He has the physique that most people aspire to, but he never puts it all together when it comes down to contest time. His legs and back aren't very impressive compared to his amazing arms, chest and shoulders.

Regardless of his placings in the IFBB, that physique is more inspiring to me than most pros today. And the AnimalPak ads are awesome.

Pretty much the epitome of "bodybuilder" in the eyes of the general public.  Nobody outside of bodybuilding cares about legs and back, they think big fucking arms and shoulders are where it's at.  Middle-aged soccer moms probably see him walking down the street in his Animal Pak hoodie and inside-out shorts and either cream their jeans or soil the sidewalk.
