there is way to get big natural but not conditioned for stage,,also it is extremly hard to walk around naturally as in true natural at 200lb 6% 5'9 5'10 ,,i been in bodybuilding so long and i have yet to see the true natural who get in gym 200lb 6% 5'10 fully developed muscle

I don't think you can grow new muscle fibers natural. But you can with GH, IGF and Steroids. Only thing you can do while being natural is with time increase your muscles ability to accept and hold more shit with training and diet. You simply get your muscle fibers to hold more fluids, glucose, sodium, creatine and other junk from continuous training and eating, hence they appear bigger, the muscles fibers stretch like the stomach stretch on an obese person. Basically just another form of overeating and obesity.

ok i've got you, i thought you were saying that it was impossible to increase you size at all natural but i do agree with you in that it's almost impossible for a true natty to be ripped at 200 or over at average height, you're RIGHT ON THE MONEY THERE.

Nope, never used any bb chemicals. Hey, I got no problem with folks using gear to help get big, but you can get big without gear....you just won't get freaky, pro bb big.
