What are yours?

Mine are, in no particular order:

1) Nasser's chest and delts workout in Nasser on the Way Part 5 where he's at 295 lbs.

2) Nasser doing chinups with a 45 lb plate on in Nasser on the Way Part 3

3) Nasser chilling in Alaska in Nasser on the Way Part 7

4) Nasser doing 160s for 12 reps for dumbell presses in Nasser on the Way Part 3

5) Nasser in the hotel room shortly before the 2001 Mr. Olympia in Nasser on the Way Part 4

Near the end - I think its the last workout on the video. He does the 160's with good range of motion, and from the looks of it he could do more if he were doing "Ronnie reps." After that he did seated machine presses, decline dumbell flyes, and incline barbell press. Doesn't ring a bell?

Yes, twice. Great guy! Get this--before bodybuilders had their websites when they used to give mailing addresses in Flex Magazine, I wrote Nasser a letter (as a teen)...he did write a lengthly letter back with an 8x10..but thats another story...so the first time I met Nasser was 3 years after I wrote that letter....and I mentioned in passing that I wrote him 3 years ago...so he asked from what city did I mail it from and what was my name...I told him my first name and the city, then he said my last name back to me! After 3 years--incredible!

How common is it for Ernie to remember names and faces of fans after no contact for several years? I doubt its more common than with Nasser.
