Exactly.  I think it's safe to say that pretty much all of us have that "big and strong" look...hell, that's what I work out for.  But to be a fat slob who weighs near 400 lbs and also to have no muscle mass to speak of, that's plain stupid.  There are lots of SHW powerlifters who carry a lot of BF but at least they look like they lift.  Plumphard looks like he carries more fat in his left breast than most people carry in their whole bodies.

definitely. i mean, at least onlyme realizes the situation and doesn't act like he's the shit for how he looks. he hasn't really fixed it yet, but at least he's honest. unless he's a competing powerlifter and a pretty high-level one and dieting too much would hinder his competitiveness (think jeff lewis or something like that), then i'd say the guy needs to get on a diet ASAP.

I found some old posts by plumptard where he talked about being on a diet 10 months ago.  But in the same breath he was asking people for advice on how he could still cheat on his diet.  Talk about epic self-control.

bro, you think I care what about a bunch of nerds who won't post a pic really think........come on, I have no problem telling someone he looks huge, or that he's carrying alot of muscle.  But, if someone shows me a pic of a guy who is 170lbs and looks like any ordinary high school athlete, to me its like big deal. Remember anybody can get ripped at 160lbs, and look like a tennis pro.  Get ripped at 240, then you can yap.........
