Rahsad has better wrestling, better hands, and has been in there with tougher competition.  The only way I see Rashad losing is by freak injury.  The winner most likely will get a title shot.
Predictions
 40/61

On paper, it looks like Evans should dominate. He has improved with every fight, while Bisping has looked worse than he did when he was on TUF. I like Evans by decision, because Bisping doesn't have any quit in him. He's a feisty fucker!

there are no slower hands in MMA than matt hamils, and bisping could'nt seem to get out of the way of those,so based on the fact that Rashad has some serious stand up skills, I see a stoppage sooner or later

Rashad will dominate the whole fight, he may not finish it, cuz he is not a good finisher yet, but he will school Bisping.

Agreed, Rashad is too strong for Bisping.  I dont really care for the guy after his last fight.  He talked all that shit and got handed a gift of a BS decision.

I find it kind of telling that generally on all other tuf series, even fighter who did'nt win it went on to have (to at least some degree) success in the octogon EXCEPT for the season that bisping was on and won...

he won that tournament because the field was next to pathetic AND he still came back and lost to one of the guys on that show !

only 5 fights listed so far. might end up being a good card.

will be interesting to see houston alexander again - thiago silva is 11-0.

david terrell ko'ed matt lindland, fedor wasnt close to do that. and he's up against 'short fuse' herman

frank edger vs spencer fisher can be a good fight too
