cell tech is shit, as is no xplode etc..

you should spend your money on some good companies like usp labs, alri, avant etc...  they actually research there product and dont make outrageous claims that arent backed by science.

I disagree, at least with regards to CELL-TECH

I spend my money on products that have helped me achieve my personal goals. CELL-TECH is one such product, as I've used it consistently since 2004.

try usp labs p-slin and anabolic pump and i gurantee you'll get much better results.

I do experiment with other supplements from time to time; that's how I ended up using CELL-TECH, in the first place.

The stuff in GNC expires and they mark it down because most people are too smart to waste their money on it in the first place.

Whey protein, vitamins, and creatine work........most of the rest deigned purely for bodybuilding purposes just plain old suck and do basically jack shit for your physique.

Trust me,I`ve been down that road and food is the most anabolic thing you can ingest other than roids.

Ummmmmm....last time I checked, the products I mentioned were some of the VERY SAME type products you just listed.

"Whey protein, vitamins, and creatine work"......I was talking about those very same items, specifically ON 100% Whey (Gold Standard) and CELL-TECH. Those are among the products I purchase when GNC marks the prices down (plus GNC's own brand of protein, if it's been reduced as well). Plus, there are the aforementioned RTDs: IsoPure, ABB products, etc.

And, although I've only tried it once, NO-Xplode would also be a creatine product (though, it's primarly an NO item).

i would say because it doesnt offer many real benefits and is really not worth the money. it hasnt got that much research and if your in to botanical medicine you will find tht anti oxidents are really not that special. EVERYTHING has antioxidant potential, spices such as tumeric, teas, vitamins, minerals, grasses etc etc....

only thing ive seen in the lit for pycogenol is for asthma but alpha toco's are better, or quercetin for example.

buying extra anti oxidants without other benefits and in isolated form is a waste of money in my opinion. we really dont know how synergy works and extracting one variable and concentrating it changes the game completely.

plus you run the risk of increasing redox.

Nice post.

Thank you!

Even better!! That means the Mega Whey that my wife bought me for $28 was a better deal than what ON normally charges for $100 Whey (Gold Standard).

Of course, the clearance sale that a particular GNC has on ON Classic when (5-lb. jugs marked down to $20, $16 after the Gold Card discount) was great, too!!! ;D
