Maybe you should focus more on your nutrition, it's to bad that you invest all this time into lifting and being strong, and you look like you can barely shoulder press 60 lbs, I mean I lift 3 days a week, and do cardio twice a week, drink and party, eat what ever I want, and I think I look alot better then you..

Why go that low? They only need to come parallel with the ground. Any lower is dangerous.

I agree but how many people have you even seen go parallel with 90's...ergo my original statement...Anybody can be a powerlifter and just throw up weight for ego and sport but to build muscle is a different story...

I know, and I never juiced, and I don't dedicate my life to lifting and posting videos of my lifts, and I don't even lift anywhere near the weight that you do, so like I said you should re-evaluate your nutrition or something, cause your physique doesn't resemble what you lift.

Strength is not based on muscle size.... hope this helps

I can believe that you can do 90 lb dumbell presses from those pics, but 405 bench does sound too high....if you could bench 405 for a single you should be able to do shoulder presses for with like 120.

I think what he is saying and that is said time and time again on here is if you lift correctly (not throw up heavy weights to soothe your ego) and eat well you would be bigger...

Most guys on here never decide whether they want a bodybuilder physique or a powerlifter physique, they try to go for both and I have seen very few people in my life (without the use of drugs) who do both...

I wouldn't say that I was weak, but I think that I look stronger than you thats my point, if I was lifting that kind of weight and dedicated the kind of time that you do, and looked like you, I would seriously re-evaluate my entire program.
