What do you consider huge then?  How many people compete at 240 or more?

Sorry I didn't know I have to practically spell everything out in order for you to understand.

You gave an example of a guy who competes at 240 and labelled him as being "not that huge"

My point is that someone who competes at 240 IS Huge!  That would mean an offseason weight of 280ish I would imagine.

My bad, I assumed you meant he weighs 240 onstage as a competitive bodybuilder.

the guy you're talking about weighs 40-50 pounds more than sevaste so its not a very good comparison.

besides. sevaste cant bench 405 for reps he's lying his ass off.

you guys have missed "sevastase's" other claims like a 700 pound squat and deadlift that he claimed awhile back, hahahaha, he couldn't roll 700 pounds across the gym floor.

Maybe to Semeneater a 700lb squat and deadlift refer to him getting g'd out by 7 small Romanians.  We've seen the pics.....

Just remember:

Any bar will bend with 4 plates & up per side loaded on it.
His didn't. Also in Europe they use the kilo system not LBS like here in North America. Also 25, 35 and 45lb plates are the same circumfrance in most gyms there. Don't be nieve for attention getter's that need praise from an internet forum. Especially ones with mediocre builds and average pics. If you go to a gym and take pics and video's of yourself then you have an obvious problem. This guy seems to hijack every thread and make it a pic and vid posting session as if people give a shit what he looks like and what he does. Sevestase is full of shit and he's full of himself. Another Baywatch build that thinks he's larger than life.

Now i'm not calling 90 pound presses super heavy as i and many others (as well as maybe you) do them.  I am calling BS to your claim those DB's are indeed 90 pounds.

Let the getbig members post their thoughts......i say judging from the plates, they're 70's tops

Iīm living and training in germany/europe. Most of our dumbells have no plates in "lbs.", they are in KG (2.2 lbs). Most Dumbells here having 5 kg plates (11 lbs.), So when i look on the dumbells in the vid-clip it could be 6 x 5 kg plates, 2 x 2,5 kg Plates + 2 X 1,25 kg Plates.
Thatīs 37,5 kg without the dumbell-grip itself (around 2 kg i think, depends how long the dumbell is...). So it could be close to 40 kg (39,5). For a guy (like Sevatese) who isn`t that heavy, and donīt train hard with weigths for decades it`s not bad(better than the majority of the typical Fitness-Center member), but also nothing real outstanding.

They are 39kg no doubt, that's 85lbs.

I can do 95s for like 6, but i would never even dream of trying to bench 405!
405 is a shitload of weight, 4 plates... i've only seen PLs weighing like 300lbs do that and even they struggle with it.

Are you serious? About as believable as Adonis and his 600lb DL or 225 for 112!

Come on, someone posts video of themselves verifying their lifts, then they're hit with "you've got issues if you film yourself in a gym"...haha
This site makes me laugh sometimes.  More people should do that when claiming something on here.
Whether or not the squatting 5 plates video is authentic, only he knows.  If you look at other people squat 5 plates, those bars don't bend too much either.
Lastly, why would someone post fake videos of themselves on the web to impress a bunch of people they don't even know?  Seems utterly pointless.
