i poste da vid of me doing 85's before which people called out as not being 80lbs cos dumbells look much smaller when they are being used sevaste is a reasonlby large guy, 6foot 200lbs

i even posted a vid of me doing 105lbs dumbellsx8 and they dont look big at all though they are legitimately  105lbs

A yes those look like 90's  no big deal, I rep out 10 easy with the 100's

B You call that a  shoulder db press?  That was an incline db press if anything. you were leaning back at least 65 degrees. Your form is a joke.

C You take steroids, you strength is mediocre for a guy who is geared up ( this applies to your build as well)

D If you can barely get 8 rep's with 90's with shitty form on incline db press, yet you expect us to believe you can rep out with 405?

I cannot squat 700 to save me life but I got 529 on video and u saw it . if u still hate...there's a simple solution. Try do it yourself....remember how u get pumped up for your 225 sets ?...now try putting 500 and give it a try....if u don't think you'll be able to do it do not despair : THERE'S ALWAYS A SOFTBALL LEAGUE FOR OUT OF SHAPE BEER DRINKING WEEKEND WARRIORS AND ARM CHAIR QB'S WAITING FOR YOU ....HELL! Dude...I am 10 years older than you with two shot knees from baseball (not softball)... ::)...and I guarantee I would put you under in squats.  You did those lifts at the peak of your 150 mg Dbol a day and 2500 mg test a week cycle.  And they are still questionable by getbig standards anyway.  Not many recognize those lifts as legit.  sorry but that is fact.

it's not his ability to do them....it's the fact that he LIES about his weights....he claims those were 90's when in fact, they aren't.      IF he really can do 90's is irrelevant.  This thread is pointing out that his claims on different weights are unreliable.

Any bar will bend with 4 plates & up per side loaded on it.
His didn't. Also in Europe they use the kilo system not LBS like here in North America. Also 25, 35 and 45lb plates are the same circumfrance in most gyms there. Don't be nieve for attention getter's that need praise from an internet forum. Especially ones with mediocre builds and average pics. If you go to a gym and take pics and video's of yourself then you have an obvious problem. This guy seems to hijack every thread and make it a pic and vid posting session as if people give a shit what he looks like and what he does. Sevestase is full of shit and he's full of himself. Another Baywatch build that thinks he's larger than life.

my gym and many other gyms which have 20lb 35lb 45lb plates etc are indeed smaller, not the same circumference...well ones i have been to anyway

ones which are the same are generally in oly weightlifting gyms and indeed are colour coded to show this.

also i have never seen fake plates

25lb 35lb plates etc are generally rubber coated if the same circumference, these dont look like that. also you can here them clanging and banging together.

just my 2cents

sev, maybe next session after you squat get someone to video you removing the plates and zoom in on what it says on them just to shut them all up
