Italian Gym here in Naples…

I was just finished with my second bench set I look over to the clowns squatting at the Smith Machine.

One guy has his hand on the inside of the smith concentrating on his buddies move.

One second later and the guy is jumping up and down holding his hand.
Found out later that he lost half of his finger.

I nearly seen that happening in my gym too, after reading that story I believe it's not an uncommon thing.

True story:

Saw this girl (obviously pregnant) running her ass of on the treadmill…

First thought was WHY???

I came back to refill my water bottle a couple of minutes later, I see her surrounded by about 5 gym tourists on the ground.
I asked one of the guys what happened and he said, she was puking uncontrollable all over herself the treadmill and some disgusted runners beside her.

The funny thing was a “hardcore” fitness guy beside her kept on running even after she baptized him with her vomit.
