Ya, dude is about 6 foot and almost 300lbs. He compeats as a SHW in the CPU. I dont imagine he watches his diet to closely.

Because there is nothing to knock on those. All clean reps, head and ass on the bench the whole time.

that's nothing, I use to bench 225 for 49 reps at a bodyweight of 250 lbs.

I'm aware of that. I was wanting to know how not squatting makes having an impressive bench easier.

no stress on the shoulders from holding a heavy bar behind your neck and no overall physical and mental fatigue from heavy squatting both make heavy benching a lot easier, no less an authority on lifting than Ed Coan thinks the same way but i'm sure you're wayyyyyyyyy bigger and stronger than him. ::)

That is true. Also doing a bench only meet is a lot easier then doing three lift. Way less stress and way more energy if you dont have to squat first. Not that I am trying to take anything away from bench only guys but there is a reason bench only records are so much higher then three lift bench records.
