back in the game
« on: October 29, 2007, 01:17:35 PM »
cut down on my hours at work so I can go to the gym and have more energy to workout

this layoff sucked, I let myself turn fatter and lazier physically

had to take this whole day to rest

got out my bodybuilding DVD's to pick up pointers on my workouts

also thumbing through Bev Francis' Power Bodybuilding, and Chemical pink

might even have to ask for my copy of Arnold's encyclopedia back ( I lent it out AGAIN)

I'm in the same boat only I went the other way.  Lost a shitload of weight and to make it worse, I was in the best shape of my life in the spring so it really sucks seeing all the hard work go bye bye in a short time.  At least I know the layoff wasn't by choice, it had to be done.

haha . . . it's always amusing to see middle-aged folks talkin about turning their lives around.

especially heathens who can't tap into a higher power.

I think it's the Dark Lord who is leading the way.  :)
