For example...right now I try to gain as much muscle mass as possible. So I periodically go through all his posts to reinforce what I'm trying to do and it helps keeping me on the right track . you ever heard about the human invention named lap top? pretty cheap too so you can have about 4-5 at one time all wireless and throw thjem out the window every monday and friday or tuesday and saturday,,
another thing you need to know is that we pros have life too and interests and time to do those interests wether on road or not on raod,,profesional bodybuilding is not nuclear science,,its either you have what it takes or not both in the aspect of frame/muscleshape and genetic response to hormone,,

Conveniently, the pic is blurry. Anyone who has been on GetBig for a while will know that Squadfather posts a pic every six months or so... inevitably someone proves he's pulling a Frozzor, then he simply retracts his statement and claims he's "owned" everyone.

I still maintain that the main poster on the Squadfather handle is a teenage boy... I was just unaware that one of the adults (I use the term loosely as it includes Adonis) using the account was willing to admit to being Squadfather (that's the guy who calls in Special Ed's show).

After I exposed the fact that the kid was responsible for most of the post count I assumed the adults had jumped ship.

So yes, in that regard I was wrong.

The likelihood that the biggest news story ever has been successfully covered up and kept that way for decades is quite ludicrous. While it is possible that aliens have visited earth there is no available hard evidence that this has been so.  All we have are guesses, and people who have anecdotal reports of various things. I won't believe anything about such 'visits' until the scientific community confirms that extraterrestrials have visited earth.

There certainly are UFO or unidentified flying objects. There is no publicly known hard evidence that these objects are from somewhere outside this planet.

That some of the stellar, but also underground, anonymous characters, can believe just about anything is not even interesting. It is a total waste of bandwidth and these undisciplined people pass on those silly mental viruses to the flotsam here who are so gullible. There is a simple test of truth when it comes to visitors from outer space. It would be easy to determine such a phenomenon. The likelihood that any aliens would resemble humans and have similar DNA is extremely remote.  gh15 goes on and on but is devoid of any evidence and gives us links to excuse after excuse and outright falsehoods. This man has no intellectual integrity.

There is no test of truth re steroid protocols because there is no one independently testing all the stacking and so on. It really is lunacy to play with one's body in such an extreme way. Instead of holding gh15 and others as gurus and experts they should be booted off all discussion boards and open their own. The information such people have is suspect and beyond foolish to subscribe to. That knuckleheads will embrace any avenue to build stubborn muscles is sad. No trophy or title is worth much at all.
