I just thought I would start a thread praising Hank Wood. As you all know, Hank suffers from delusional schizophrenia and occasionally posts some irrational comments on topics he actually knows nothing about. But, due to his mental illness, I would like to encourage Hank to keep up his insightful and wise posts as they are always good for a laugh. Hank's Mum was kind enough to provide me with a recent training pic of Hank going for it in the squat. I am sure you will all join with me in encouraging Hank in his training, as it can also benefit the mentally challenged as well. Good Luck Hank, I think you will go a long way, as it appears that their is a long way for you to go.
