You guys have got it all wrong, Jay was asking advice of Sergey, it is obvious that Jay was outclassed by the Russian and Jay was asking advice on how to keep his waist down. The Russian was saying that he didn't think Jay had the genetics for bodybuilding and should perhaps just retire before he further embarrasses himself.

You can't really hear the initial question, but Jay tells him that he's doing 20 minutes of cardio now, which allows him to eat more and put on more size...

And of course, the "know it all numb nut" responds and says, "no, I don't want to eat at all"

So jay says to just "pump up the heart rate a little" with cardio.. Then the dumbass says what he's going to do (not paying any attention to Jay's advice) and gives Jay his worthless routine...

Jay just says "well, whatever..."

I'm sure pros deal with idiots like this on a daily basis...Nasser was talking about this in his interview too! Dealing with absolute morons! I'd just rather be called an "a**hole" and not deal with these guys

You would think that reporter would at least do some homework on what is bodybuilding or the Mr. Olympia contest as opposed to a weightlifting contest.
