I know this is a stupid question, but can someone please explain what "gyno" is?

The body always tries to maintain hormonal homeostasis. When you have too much testosterone, the body begins to produce more estrogen to try and balance the hormones. When a man's body produces too much estrogen, it can cause breast tissue to form. I believe around 5% of men get some kind of gyno during puberty, the rest is caused by using synthetic testosterone. Thanks, so I assume this results in men with feminine breast. How noticeable can it get? Also, I assume this typically happens after you end a cycle?

It can get very bad, depending on a number of factors. It happens during a cycle when testosterone levels are at the highest.
