Thanks Squadfather for the kind words bro! And for including me in this thread. Much appreciate to all those who have given me the last bit of momentum to finish strong as I head to Texas.
It is a shame that guys like me cant compete. It sucks. If things work out for me in Texas and I win. I will most likely continue competing in the NPC, so I can compete. I can always say, I earned my pro card. But, I have no chance standing next to the freeks in the pro ranks. Im not into the crazy shit to put on a shitload of size and distort my physique. I dont want to lose conditioning to gain lots of weight. And if I walk on stage like this, I would get laughed at, cuz im small. Weight classes would be great.
Im 5'4" and weigh about 160, thats it. Atleast its hard, dense conditioned muscle. And all I can do is slowly gain some good quality weight. A bit more in my arms, legs and keep my conditioning. I want to stay clean and lean in the off season. I have a wife, kid, home, etc.
I drive a 65 mile round trip drive to work. I have a respectable job working with disabled kids, teaching P.E I work at some inner city schools.
Bodybuilding is a lifestyle for me. I train, do my cardio, carry my cooler to work, Its for fun, its to look good, its to feel good and its to compete. As I pro, i stand zero chance. If I was to win and take my pro card, my career would be over. Any suggestions?
