Looks like his left knee. But yes that is a so-so case, that one looks like it tunneled and that is bad, and he got a secondary infection as a result.
Hopefully he or his nurse packs it good and washes it correctly with saline solution.
Stark your right, but MRSA has been a big problem growing, and you have dirty fucks that should be contained. People that don't take showers, and are not clean spread it, and cause the people who do maintain cleanliness to contract the superbug.
Health psychologists can't/won't say it but I can. You see a fat slob, or someone who does not shower after they workout, punch their fucing lights out.
In medical circles they call this infection the enemy of Darwin/Spencer, since it's killing off those of higher evolution (athletes, gym goers, etc.)
